Jerry Robers began working in commercial real estate in 1985 with Arizona Building and Development Company pre-leasing grocery anchored shopping centers from the ground up and pad sales. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 1988 being the first to focus on net leased investments sales. In 1994 he joined the principals of Rein & Grossoehme specializing in net leased investment sales and started the shopping center/retail leasing division for the firm. In 2004 he obtained his broker's license and started Triple Net America in 2005 specializing in net leased investment sales, sale leasebacks nationwide and retail leasing in the Phoenix market. Jerry has over 31 years of experience in commercial real estate and provides a high attention to detail, loyalty and commitment to excellence, and determination to outperform his clients expectations.
